I used to run marathons and other races, but stopped about 7 years ago. I've had a few Garmin watches over the years, but the oldest is nearly 10 years old. I'm looking to get back into running. I'm now 55 years old. I'm looking for a lot of cardio health monitoring plus a basic running watch that will also track Couch 2 5K type walking/running workouts. Finally, something that will audibly alert me if I exceed certain heart rate or HR zones while working out (don't want to overdo it). I'm getting older and am now out of shape, so I'm worried about my heart. Thank you!
