Picked up a Forerunner 165 almost 3 weeks ago. Have followed the DSW to the prescription every day.
The first week was a lot of base runs. Maybe an easy long run at 50 minutes. One workout which was 6 x 1 minute.
Here was my DSW this last week:
Monday - Base run 30 minutes
Tuesday - Tempo 3 x 9 minutes (pretty tough)
Wednesday - VO2 max 8 x 2 minutes
Thursday - Anaerobic 7 x 1 minute @ 6:00 min/mile
Friday - Long run 70 minutes
I figured maybe Garmin was trying to test me to get a baseline. I checked tomorrow’s workout and it suggested ANOTHER long run @ 73 minutes?!
I wear my watch 24/7, all night and day. Has anyone seen this behavior before? This doesn’t seem like a normal plan.
