Is the 165 missing any health tracking features over the 255?

I'm trying to decide between the 165 and 255 (265 is out of my budget). I much prefer the AMOLED screen, but reddit seems to have a strong preference for 255 because it "has more stats". So I want to make sure I'm not missing anything important to me.

I'm not a runner, but have a heart condition so watch my fitness and cardiac health closely. I stick to walking, yoga, and weightlifting mostly. I understand the 165 is missing some connectivity features which is fine, as long as I can use an external HR when needed. The missing sport modes don't apply to me. I don't care about smart features. The downgraded gps is fine for me.
From what I can tell, the only health/fitness tracking stats that the 165 lacks is the training status and load, right? Otherwise, they both have all the same stats for sleep, stress, body battery, hrv, etc.? Are the sensors all the same?

Just want to make sure I'm not missing something that could be important for health monitoring.
