backlight in general mode not respon

hello everyone I am a new user fr 165

i have case on backlight

the backlight doesn't turn on when I move the arm so I have to press the light button to see the time

I've tried setting always on for general use mode, but the backlight won't turn on either

Do other friends have the same problem, please solve the problem

Does powering your device off/on make a difference? If not, can you check and see if the green lights are on on the back of the watch? The watch needs to be detecting your heart rate in order for the gesture function to work.
