Cannot sign into Tacx desktop app

Hi,

I installed the Tacx Desktop App for Windows 10 recently. It is possible to sign in with the Garmin account. It works in the Windows App, iOS app and in cloud.tacx.com. But the Windows app throws an error: "Something went wrong, please try again later", whereas there is no problem signing in with the iOS app or via cloud.tacx.com. Is there any possibility to troubleshoot? I'd really like to try the Windows app.

Another strange thing just happened yesterday: My last workout (recorded with the latest iOS app) doesn't appear in my tacx cloud account, but shows up in my Garmin feed... that's strange.

If there was no problem before, then return to the version of the application that was at that moment.
Keep installers from previous versions.

Hi Alex,

it is a brand new install. I never installed that Windows App before. How ever I'll try with a previous version and share my findings.

Hi Again,

I tried the 1.26.0 app and it was at least possible to launch it and sign in. Connecting the trainer was possible as well. Actually I don't have time to launch a full training, but a first test showed decent metric values.

I wonder what's wrong with 1.27.0. Again, is there a way to troubleshoot?

I do have the same problem. Cannot start the Tacx Desktop App. So it looks like Tacx has a problem. I wrote them an email yesterday so I wait for an answer,

Presumably, the developers have again forgotten about languages other than English. Therefore, version 1.27.5 using the English interface works. You can, having installed English in version 1.26.0, update the application to version 1.27.5 and it will work.

But in general, practice shows that each new update brings new bugs. That is why I recommend keeping the installers of the previous versions.

The problem was in the update from Tacx. They have solved the issue now
