Neo bike smart garantie 9Months no exchange

Hi,

I bought a new neo bike smart in January. I had from the first day issues with the bike. In march finally they told me to send it back to receive an exchange. Now 9Months!!!! later, i still have no bike. Do anyone have the same problem. Garmin Belgium tells me after every 20th mail from me, that the bike is not available.

  • I've had good experiences with the Garmin/Tacx support. Bought mine in 2020, it developed a weird sound. End of 2021 I got a replacement frame (newer version). I brought the frame to the shop and picked up the new one, so I was never without my indoor bike.

    It will be 5 years old in march and is still going strong for me and my wife (we each do about 10.000km a year on it, so it gets used a lot)

    The shop and Garmin/Tacx Belgium have both been great.
