So, I have been using TACX TRAINING APP on IOS to control the NEO BIKE and follow TrainingPeaks workouts.
So far so good, the app is OK, though it lacks some features and counters, but it is simple to use and free.
My issue is when trying to use Tacx Training Desktop App on Windows, it seems that the app does not detect/sees the NEO BIKE Smart Trainer, it can only detect power and cadence, but no controllable smart trainer.
Any other software on the same windows machine works perfectly ZWIFT, INDIEVELO...etc
I also make sure that nothing is running on the windows memory (other apps getting Bluetooth) when I try to use TACX TRAINING APP, including disabling the Bluetooth on my phone.
A strange situation, as both app and hardware are built under the same roof. Does anyone have any idea ? I am using the BETA FIRMWARE 4.5 on the NEO and on Windows I am using the latest version of the app.
