Tacx NEO Smart Bike Handlebar Gets Stuck

Having difficulty adjusting the handlebar forward and backward as it doesn't slide well and gets stuck in particular positions. The nob that locks it in place is at the lowest that it goes.

Any ideas?

Is this on initial installation or just adjusting. If it is initial installation make sure you slide the cockpit on fron the correct side, I believe from front of the bike to back.

Both. Installed from the front, but at some point in the scale (around 5), it gets stuck and is very difficult to move to 1. And moving from 1 back to 7 is also very difficult. Moving between 7 & 12 is relatively easy.

Somehow the top part is not entirely flat and rubs against nob even when the nob is fully lowered.
