I had a problem with my left crank arm on the bike. It was always loose, even when tightened, where it fits on the right crank, it got loose and is spinning wrong. I need to buy a new crank arm, where can I buy one?

if you are experiencing looseness in the crank arm on your NEO Bike, please contact Garmin product support in your locale at support.garmin.com
Sorry for the delayed answer but I just got around to looking at this. It is the same spline as the Shimano LH crank arm, BUT the plastic housing of the bike interferes with the inside of the Shimano arm…
Where can I order the garmin kit? I contacted garmin.suport.com, they told me that I need the Tacx Bracket Cap Removal Kit (S00-01520-04) but there is no possibility to order it on the product website. Is there any compatibility with this Shimano kit, so I can order it from another website? After all, it's just a plastic nut that fixes the axle.
Support sent me a kit under warranty. The cap is an M18 cap which is different to Shimano but they are available on eBay ,/ Amazon hey tend to have hex heads only do up finger tight maybe use the hex bit without handle/wrench then torque pinch bolt to about 20/22nm check after a few rides
I have the same problem now, the left crank, I am Portugal based what should I buy to replace the crank?
I solved the problem with Tacx. I sent them an email, explained the problem and finally they sent me the replacement part and the kit to use. I also bought a torque wrench with which I tightened the crank arm to the tension written in the manual. You can find tutorials on the Tacx website how to disassemble and fix the pedal problem.
Thank you do you know the email you used Ovidiu ? I need to repnace my crank asap
