Error message and fans not working

All seems working fine, except for the fans that are not working af all, but I constantly see the ERROR message blinking. I have installed the latest firmware update. Anyone else the same issues and possibly a solution?

Exactly same issue since yesterday, only got the bike in January don’t expect an issue in 2 months.

There was a vendor notice about the fan wiring getting pinched in the mounts , I know this because the store I bought it from asked me to check the wiring to make sure it was properly installed and not pinched /crimped in the plastic mounting

The fan on mine will not turn off. It shows a Warning 6.3 fan driver interface error. I have to unplug it for it to stop???

No unfortunately not. Do not know how to solve it. For the rest the trainer still works fine but would be happy to see a solution to get the fans work properly again.

Out of interest - do the USB ports still work? I have this issue I think - flashing error on screen, fans not working, USBs not working, red led flashing near flywheel and error 3006 on the Tacx app.

The bike still functions fine, aside from the above lol! Garmin have offered a reconditioned unit switch out for £562 due to mine being out of warranty. I’m on the fence.

Fans not working, usb not working, error message and yes for the rest the trainer is still working.

Thanks for confirming Tonny. How long has it been like that now? I’m just trying to decide if I live with it or give Garmin £562 for a replacement.
