Hi,
I ran into a problem today with my Tacx Neo Bike I haven't had before.
About an hour into a ride, the resistance suddenly was at an all time high and I basically had to stop even though I went into the lowest gear. I couldn't push the pedals to get the motor going. It just looked up.
The firmware is up to date and it doesn't seem like the motor was overheating. At lest it sounded like the fans on the back was working and no part of the bike was burning hot.
Now, a few hours later, it still the same. I also tried to give the bike external power to see if that solved anything.
I did some research online but so far I'm coming up short.
Have anyone had the same issue, and if so, how did you solve it?
