Why does the ANT+ indicator on the display sometimes flash?

Sometimes it's on without flashing and sometimes it flashes. Can't find any information in the User's Manual that describes what it mean. The User's Manual really suck btw, especially the trouble shooting section. Seriously? There are only four things that can go wrong?

Hello. Ok my bike i have troubles in having the bike connected, via Bluetooth, with the sufferfest windows software.

When this happen, no recognition of the bike by the software, I noticed that the Bluetooth simbol flashes all the time.

Could be related to communication issues?

I assume it's some kind of error indication, but I'd like to know what errors can cause it. It's shocking that someone from Garmin/Tacx isn't monitoring these discussions and can't simply jump in to answer a question like this.
