The NEO Bike doesn't provide that data unfortunately, as it doesn't take its power readings from the physical pedals so it can't detect the same detailed metrics that a 'real' power meter can. Same reason there's no Platform Centre Offset reported.
It would be better if Garmin Connect didn't show any information, rather than display incorrect data in these cases.
