Hello,
My Tacx NEO Smart Bike has developed a fault; I suspect the belt has broken. The bike was being ridden at the time and all of a sudden the pedals gave, providing very little resistence at all. The flywheel no longer turns when pedalling.
I will be contacting support next week, but it's Saturday morning right now and that's a couple days away before the phone lines open again.
Am I going to void my warranty by simply opening up the bike? On the chance that it is something I can resolve myself I was hoping to take a look.
