When I use my Instinct 2 to control the Neo Bike during a workout, the Neo Bike keeps going at the end of the workout. I.e., it's like it thinks it's coasting downhill, I can hear the freewheel sound and the flywheel never slows down. I have to then connect to the Neo Bike through the Tacx app, initiate a workout and then stop the workout to get the bike to stop. I don't want to simply unplug it to stop it, since I'm worried that an ungraceful power disconnect while the motor is running could cause damage to the Neo Bike. A firmware update to the Neo Bike or the Instinct 2, or both, is needed.
