Here's a photo I took of the seatpost rail of my Neo Bike. Look closely at the inner edge of the rail slot and you can see that it is warped. The seat rail would not slide onto the seatpost. Garmin sent me both a new seatpost and seat so I'm happy that they addressed my problem, but I want to bring this to the attention of Garmin since I think this is the result of the welding process they use to connect the seatpost to the 'I' beam. There was no sign of damage and it would have taken considerable force to bend that 'I' beam so I think the heat from the welding process caused the 'I' beam to warp.
