Same problem since today… Zero resistance, red light on the wheel flashing and I can’t connect via Bluetooth anymore. I finished my Zwift route and after the end the problem begins…. Very frustrating… Bike is 6 month old and got changed after 1 month the first time because there was an problem with the belt……. Contacted support today let’s see… If I had known that there are such problems I had purchased an other bike…. What should I do after the warranty when it dies now the second time in 6 month…
Garmin Support is really slow. Contacted them 5 days ago and still no solution. Very bad support service at so expensive products…
I've been with support for a month now. Got a replacement bike after two weeks. Unfortunately the bike also had an issue, which I now wait for them to send special tools to fix myself... The support team is kind enough, but the problem is Garmin as a company. Huge quality control problem, and no help or guides for support team or the FAQ. Garmin has lost value as a trusted brand for me.
Btw warranty will renew when you either get replacement or get it repaired.
Is happened before but is started to work again.
today it just stop working and never came back.
