Bike not changing gears

Over the last couple of weeks (before firmware update to .43 and after) my bike has started having an issue where the gear shift doesn't do anything.

My power and data is working ok, connected to Zwift, via BT and Ant, the gears just get stuck and the resistance of the bike stays the same.

If I unplug and leave it off for over 1min it comes back but then tends to happen again shortly afterwards?

I think it's the same issue here, but here there are no resistance in the pedals. The connection to zwift looks ok, but seems like the bike don't get all information from zwift. After unplugging it comes back and works fine for the ride. But next time/ day it's the same problem over again.

Mine has been working well since the recent firmware update. Curious if you all leave yours plugged in all of the time? I have mine plugged into a smart plug and I turn it off between rides. Maybe something to try between rides and see if it helps.

Had anyone replied to you all about this? Happening to me too and my bike shifts fine outdoors…

Yes, the representatives over at garmin are very helpful. I would give them a call. Call there 1800 #. All I needed to do was doing some update. And it seems to be working just fine.
