I recently had a problem with my Tacx Neo Bike Smart. I have been using the Bike for 4 months and control the training via the app (watt increase automatically according to a program, connection via Bluetooth and Samsung mobile phone). Both the app and the firmware of the device should be up-to-date, so far 4 months without any problems. Since yesterday, the "after-run" of the Bike no longer works. It brakes immediately when I stop pedaling, he hasn't done that before. I haven't tinkered with the settings or anywhere else. There was also a error symbol on the display, which then disappeared again. Sometimes the training program stops immediately or is no longer controlled via the app. Has anyone already had experience with it or something similar. Ask for your support.
