Tacx Neo Bike knocking noise

Is yours the newer model with the three hole crank arm ?

I'm facing the same problem. It's the new model, two month old. My bike has also a knocking noise from the first time I used it.

Definitely a fault…mine also had a loose crank arm from out the box so probably a bad production batch. Very disappointed for such a lot of money. 

 I Have yesterday send Tacx a mail with the problem. No reponse yet, but as soon as i have a answers I will let you all know.

My bike was replaced by a new bike due to another problem. The bike I received yesterday has exactly the same knocking sound as in your video. Is indeed really disappointing!

I’ve ordered another one, requested a refund on the faulty one as it’s under 30 days old and the problem was from new. Hope it’s not a faulty batch, you can’t exactly pop it in the post !!!

I received an answer from Tacx with the announcement that I can exchange the motor unit for a new one. I only have to disassemble the Tacx and only send the motor unit to Tacx.
