Stuck in Firmware Update .41 - Bike in DFU Mode

Hi, bought the trainer yesterday. Installed the Tacx-App on my iPad and launched Firmware Update. App Uploaded and installed the Firmware, but the trainer does not come "back" after hours....on the display i can see ony the bluetooth symbol and the word "update". On the iPad i can't connect with the bike, only the DFU device (is it still updating after hours ??)

Tried to remove the power cord for the whole night and reconnected it, but same thing...

Somebody knows what to do ?

Hi, experiencing the same frozen status after 0.41 firmware update (do not reckon if finished correctly or not....). Have you resolved the issue mentioned? i.e. stuck in "Update" and only DFU is seen? Thank you!

Hi, unfortunately there was no way to fix my problem, thanks to the shop nearby that changed the entire bike. now i have a new one, with an old firmware, and i don't want to upgrade it...having fear that it can happen again..
