I'm very close to buying a Tacx NEO Bike Smart but am slightly put off with the issues that people have had with the belt. However, looking at this trainer road post https://www.trainerroad.com/forum/t/tacx-neo-smart-bike-dedicated-bike/20470/251 it seems there's a new version with updated internals around the belt and a 3 hole crank (the fiddly crank inserts to adjust the crank length were another negative IMHO).
Anyone have any additional details about the later version or information on how to get this model? Different part number maybe? Garmin chat didn't know (although probably just a bot) and a UK reseller I contacted who had received a shipment 10 days ago had still received the old model.
