Fans / Vents not working with Tacx training plan groundwork

Hi,

I started a Tacx training plan: Groundwork - Low Intensity - Low II.

In this mode, the fans / ventilators are never working.

Do I have some settings wrong or do the vents not work in this mode?

Any advice appreciated.

Have had no issue here. Check settings. I have mine set by Heart Rate and it kicks in at 100 BPM. Did have one session towards the end of the groundwork where it decided to only use the fans in the really hard bits.

The problem seems to be that the fans need at least 120 Watt. When I am doing intervals between 100 and 400 watts, the fans turn of below 120 watts, independently of the heart rate.
