Screen won't turn on

Hi all - I've been using my neo bike happily for a month but suddenly the screen won't turn on. It connects to zwift OK, but it means I can't change gears and the fans don't work.

I've done the latest firmware update, turned off and on again etc... Any advice? Might be something I'm doing stupid!

This happened to by Neo Bike this morning, check the cable connection behind the screen, mine wasn't fastened properly when i had that problem.

I get a similar issue intermittently. If I unplug the connector at the back and re-seat it magically comes back on. I am a bit worried there is some inherent fault there

Same here. Does anyone know if this is an inherent problem with the bike?
