Hi,
Just got the smart bike. All going OK, but noticed in zwift I had stopped getting road feel.
I exited, and started the TACX utility, and tried the test - no road feel.
I unplugged, let it turn off, then turned on.
I tried the TACX utility again - no better. I toggled a few settings like Isometric, and then put them back to default. Road feel then working fine.
Tried zwift and couldn't find any non tarmac!
Anyway, went to the utility. No road feel. Toggled isometric again - road feel back.
So - would seem to be software.
What should I try next? reset to factory? soft reset if there is one?
Anyone else had this problem?
