Can't connect new Neo bike to Zwift (only Tacx utility)

Just received my new Neo smart bike today :O)

Connected to Tacx utility and updated firmware to latest, then tried to jump on Zwift but could not detect bike on any device - Chromebook, android phone or Apple TV.

Turned everything off and tried Zwift without opening tacx utility in case this holds the Bluetooth connection, but still no joy.

Sure I must be doing something silly if bike connects to Tacx utility, suggesting Bluetooth is working?

Previous user of Neo 2T trainer and no similar issues with this.

To clarify I mean Tacx Training app, not Tacx utility (old app)

I´m experiencing the exact same thing as you did - how did you solve it? Sounds like you just waited or did you change anything?

Hi,

No I did not do anything except retry the next day.

No problems since although rarely used Tacx app thereafter - mostly just Zwift.

So not sure if Tacx was still holding the connection,

Try closing the tacx app itself. Sometimes mine when it’s connected to the tacx app won’t connect to anything else. When I close it I can connect. By closing I mean shutting the app down fully.

Had the same problem today. Closing the Tacx app did not help. I toggled bluetooth on and off on my device, that helped.
