Lost connection on tacx neo

Hello

i got tacx neo about 3 years old , with light use , round 1000 miles only in winter . Ok i have lost connection with zwift , my devices ipad/ i phone / laptop will not locate the 

the smart device neo , there are none of the 3  lights on the side working , and the fan is constantly running in high speed . The power source is showing the blue light on , and power is going to unit as the fan is blowing 

the question is what can i do about this ? is there any repair centre ? or any guys fixing these trainers ?
