Bluetooth won’t connect on Zwift

Hello, have new neo smart bike, have upgraded firmware to latest 0.40. Bluetooth connection is very intermittent and keeps dropping.  It won’t find controllable automatically, however can select on zwift but comes up with ‘no signal’, same for power and cadence. 
Have checked not connected to Tacx utility app.  Have tried turning on and off zwift and the trainer though no joy.  Help!  Any ideas appreciated, thku 

  • You say you have checked not connected to zwift. I wasn’t clear whether that means it works fine with BT on a different platform? If yes, or if also checked with iPhone etc, make sure that you have disconnected BT in that other program or app before using zwift. ot can only be connected to one other BT device controlling it and it might be that zwift can’t take control?
