I was using the bike and suddenly the pedal were "disconnected" of the bike, I continued pedaling but the bike is not offering resistance. I disconnect everything, connect again, updated the firmware but the issues continues

Exactly the same issue here. Waiting for a responde from Garmin... Nothing yet. Does anybody know something?

I'm experiencing the same on a Neo 2T. it happened several time in the last training especially when I'm up on the pedals pushing hard.

I'm experiencing the same on my smart trainer tacx Neo 2T. especially when I'm pushing hard on the pedals I suddenly loose resistance. what can I do? it is very difficult to train and concentrate in these conditions. Thanks

I found tacx training app is normal in Android. but it is incorrect in MAC. Should tacx training app for MAC be revised!

It's OK after updating the bike firmware from 0.41 to 0.42 at tonight.
