Error message on the display of Tacx Neo Bike after installing the firmware update.

Tacx utility app is flagging the error, but doesn’t say how to resolve?

I recently upgrade my Tacx Smart Bike with firmware 0.0.41 but I still have “error” and still both shifters are not working. Please help!!

I'm getting this intermittently on 0.0.46. Sometimes it flashes every 10 seconds or so, then will go away for quite sometime. I have not really noticed any adverse affects from this. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this on 0.0.46?

Hi There I have the exact same problem . I have firmware version o.o.46. This is the latest. I have tried contact garmin so many times they are hopeless.

Even the phone number just rings out 30 - 40 mins on hold.

What do i do ?
