Error mark after installing the bike

I've just installed my new NeoBike and on my screen I got the Error Message.
From the manual it's seem that using the TacX Utility I could be able to solve the problem, but from TacX Utility I can't see the solution.
What and where should I got my solution ?

  • I am having the same issue with an error message on the screen and in the app. Spoke with Garmin support and I was told to unplug it for an hour. Still same error. Firmware 0.0.40 installed. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

    I have the same "error" sign flashing on the display. The Tacx Utility app is constantly loading in the "device setting" section. The trainer seems to be working in manual mode (without external app connected), the Garmin Fenix 6 pro watch is connected and shows data. But after trying a training session in the Tacx Training app, the app would pause all the time as I wouldn't be pedaling. Tried to unplug the trainer, reinstall the Utility app, but with no progress, the "error" is sill blinking on the display all the time ... :(

    Same issue, error Message pops up, fan stop working, usb charging stop.. Create yesterday ticket  @Garmin  seems a serious problem! Warm welcome a statement by garmin/tacx otherwise device will be returned.. what a shame, from Hardware it feels OK. Worked with Genius Smart, Neo 2 and looked forward using Neo Bike.. hmmm

    Garmin sent me old firmware version, I reinstalled it from different device and then updated it again. It works since then...
