The most recent update for NEO 3M supports secure BLE connections with training apps and compatible devices in compliance with EU-RED.
Open connections (ANT+) may be enabled…
Turns out during the update it flipped the ANT connection off on the app... if this happens to anyone connect via your mobile app, goto device settings and enable... I run on the desktop app so wasnt aware…
