Hello Garmin, I've just bought new smart trainer Neo 2t. Its amazing, but i have question - why on my trainer there is no glowing light that gradients as the rider peddles harder/produces more power.
The problem is from the beginning, and the power cable is conected [ i have tried diferent sources] . The conection with the app is good, no problem there. After first switch on, the trainer received firmware updade, can this caused the problem ?
Everything else is working fine ans it's awesome!
Can i somehow reset the trainer, or reinstall the software? I have warranty, but first i want to ask, maybe there is simple solution
