Hi,
I paid for a monthly Premium subscription about 10 days ago and since then I've started the "Ride with the Pros" challenge in the Tacx Training App. I completed two rides just fine, but during the third the voice control panel popped up and covered most of the film. Since the panel couldn't be closed neither by any voice command (none of them seemed to work) nor using the mouse, I was forced to stop the ride and disable voice control in the settings.
I found an FB post, that suggests that to complete the challenge, I must complete all rides in a single session. (Not sure if I'm allowed to post the link.) However, in the app, I can only resume the ride, not restart it from the beginning. (I can, of course, restart the challenge and lose any progress...)
Two questions on this:
a)How do I complete the challenge without doing all rides again? (Today, I've completed yet another one.) Resume the aborted ride, finish it, and then do it again from the beginning? I've already asked Google Gemini on this. It suggests that I can try deleting the aborted ride in Garmin Connect, but warns that this could totally mess up challenge progress. Gemini _hoped_ the first option would work, but wasn't sure.
b)I couldn't find any forum or possibility to give feedback about the horrible voice control. Is this only possible via the chat/call/e-mail options at support.garmin.com? The voice control issue is terribly annoying (I assume I'm not the only one) and when deciding whether I should continue the subscription I'd like to know how support is doing.
