Hello Garmin Tacx support team,
two days ago I updated my Neo 2T with the latest firmware and the upgraded procedure conlcuded fine.
But since yesterday my tacx stopped working: plugging the trainer results in the start of the internal fan at maximum speed and nothing else, no lights no connectivity and pedals free to rotate with nearly no resistance
What could I do?
It worked flawlessly until yesteday
