tacx neo 2T with strange sounds and resistance problem

My Tacx Neo 2T 12 speed SRAM runs normally for around 1 minute, after which it starts to "stutter," ( dont know if that is the right english word) and the resistance fluctuates every second, making it impossible to apply consistent load. Additionally, it makes sounds like a bicycle chain skipping over the teeth. What could be the problem?"

I have exactly the same problem. Tacx Neo 2T, purchased new in December 2024 and using with the Taxc App.

I have the same problem too with this puttering effect where I'll peddle going through any uphill part (doesn't matter if it's 1% or 20% grade) of a virtual ride and the resistance will just not exist at all and then suddenly come on super hard repeatedly, it's very annoying. Only thing I found is to go into settings and put the overall resistance modifier setting from 100% to 50%, it's still a very wonky ride that doesn't feel right at all, but it stops the puttering and the 1% grade being so insanely difficult. Feels nothing like it should in real life.
