Tacx Challanges not syncing

Well, I wanted to do some of the tacx challenges to get those garmin/tacx badges.

I can choose one of the challenges and ride it. But in the end, the challenge seemed not to have started, and the ride was not marked as ridden,

When I check "my activities," the ride is shown, and even the "resume in challenge" button is displayed. The button brings me back to the challenge, but everything is empty, and I have to start from the very beginning every time.

I do love my Tacx trainer, but I hate the App! Why am I paying for this?

Is the issue still pending? I've noticed sometimes the processing on Garmin servers is delayed and it takes a while until the progress in the challenge is displayed. Normally, this happens immediately but from time to time there's some glitch and delay.
The worst thing that's happened to me was when due to Garmin servers outage my activity hasn't uploaded at all and appeared lost. Normally, it gets re-uploaded after some time in case of issues but this one time it has disappeared and Garmin support was of no help to update their systems (although I was double recording the activity on Edge... they mentioned it would've helped if I had taken a photo of the etape finishing screen in the Tacx Training app).
