    Same Issue here, my TACX Neo 2T (SN 800050525) purchased in 2020 stopped providing any resistance mid-ride and the fan came on. Additionally, lights do not come on when plugged in. When unplugging it and plugging it back in it's the same situation. The Neo 2T no longer shows up on Bluetooth so unable to see if an update is required.

    Insane that such an expensive product stops working after a few years and there is no place that repairs them.

    Same issue here. I am going to try and contact Garmin but hopes are not high that they will help me out. Mine is a 2. It started with intermittent resistance, I unplugged and overhauled the freehub body thinking that was what was slipping (thankfully it was an easy overhaul/clean) replugged and now its doing the same thing, dark lights, no resistance and fans running full blast.

    UPDATE: I contacted Garmin customer service and described the issue. they are aware of this problem and seem to want to make it right. They exchanged my broken one for a new (probably rebuilt or a return, not brand new) Tacx Neo 2T. I had to return my broken one as part of the exchange. Very easy process and customer support person was super helpful.
