Tacx Neo 2T + 12-speed SRAM XD

I have a Tacx Neo 2T trainer with an SRAM XDR cassette hub and a 12-speed cassette installed. When under load, the trainer makes strange noises. I've adjusted the derailleurs on the stand, and there were no such noises. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms? Maybe I should use some spacers? Previously, with an 11-speed Shimano cassette, everything was fine.

Yep, I haven't recive any support from garmin. I started using erg mode with one gear where the noise is quietest

No such sounds as in you video with my setup...

Only some squeaky noises from the trainer stand under load occasionally.

Did you notice any movement of the cassette after you installed it? Also did you remove the 'spacer' that goes into the body of the trainer on the axle that the cassette is installed on?

I have the same issue with the noise and same components setup. Sobyou are saying the spacer should NOT be installed? Although the manual said that the XDR (12s seam 1250) cassette needs the spacer.

I have a SRAM Force XG-1270 cassette (12speed) installed for two years.

No problems for me and no noise like yours.

Check the support site for instructions and spacers and correct boy for your cassette
