Pedal won't turn on new bike / after installing SRAM XD-R Body

I recently installed a SRAM XD-R Body (T2875.76) to mount my SRAM bike onto the trainer and now the pedal won't spin forwards or backwards.

What could be the issue? The drive body or did I mount the bike wrong?

At a guess I would suspect that the smallest cog is binding against the bike frame. Have you got the right spacers installed for the cassette and body you are using so the smallest cog clears the frame?
