NEO 2T Smart - Disc Brake Caliper pushing against black part of the home trainer depsite the use of the given spacer

Hi,

I recently got myself a Tacx Neo 2T Smart home trainer but despite using the spacer, when I set my Scott Foil RC 30 on it, the disc brake caliper is pushing against the black part of the home trainer.
Does someone have the same problem ? I've read about a bigger spacer of about 4mm, is this real ?

    or remove the disc brake caliper from the bike. it is known issue with certain bikes (brand/model/size) with disc brakes. ( i suppose you put the correct adapter on the non-drive side , there are more types in the box)

    Ahah indeed I hope I put the right adapter, I even had to order new pieces (12x135 NDS).
    Not really convenient for me too remove the caliper as I have to instal the bike on the Home trainer then reinsert back wheel because of the lack of space in my appartment..
