zwift virtual gear changes - please update the firmware

a little feature request if you will. it would be great if garmin updated the firmware of their top trainer to get use of the recently introduced virtual gearing in zwift. thanks ;)

As per the response from GPlama we as a community need to request this from Tacx...................... COME ON Garmin/Tacx get on with enabling virtual shifting

I was pointed to the form below by Garmin support when I raised this issue directly with them.

I have completed it but I thought I'd share it here in case anyone else wanted to fill it out. However, I don't hold out much hope if they need us to tell them what's going on in their industry.

I don't understand why Garmin hasn't updated their firmware yet, especially since the trainers aren't that old. I hope Garmin considers this update, as many users have been requesting this feature for over several months.

PLEASE Garmin, add the firmware update for Tacx Neo to allow virtual shifting! If I had known that it would not be compatible I would not have bought it from you.

Why is there no response from Garmin? I love my taxc neo 2t - but without virtual shifting it will become outdated. Please let us know about a firmware update.
