End Caps for road bike

I just purchased the Neo2T. A friend who worked in a bike shop told me I needed to install the 135 endcap instead of the 130 that came with the trainer. I saw a Garmin video that said to use the 130 for a standard road bike. I have an 11 speed Shimano cassette. So which is the correct endcap. Thanks

Garmin information is confusing. Their drawing and description say to use a 135mm endcap, but the attached video says to use the 130mm that comes with the bike. So, which is it?support.garmin.com/.../

You need to meassure your dropout. But if you have disc brakes then it is high likely you have a 135mm and need to use that end cap
