Cassette Body

I would like to ask about the compatibility of cassettes with the trainer. I plan to buy it as an addition to regular training. I have a Shimano 105 7100, 11-34 cassette on my bike, so I don't know how to choose the option, does anyone have the same thing?

I wrote to support asking if it was compatible, so no one gave me an exact answer. Thank you very much for your advices!

If it is an 11-speed or 10-speed cassette it should work with the Tacx NEO 2T out of the box.

If it is a 12-speed cassette you will need to replace the free-hub body on the Tacx NEO 2T to support the micro-spile mounting that Shomano introduced with 12-speed. Garmin {Tacx) list one as an optional extra part.

Incorrect, the shimano road 12 speed cassettes use the HG freehub type, and are fully backwards compatible with 11 speed free hub bodies. So it works right out the box. I installed the nearly identical Ultegra R8100 cassette on mine. Only the mtb/gravel groupset use microspline.
