Tacx Neo 2T massiv drop out (ANT+)

I just bought the Neo 2T after having a NEO org for 9 years where I have had no drop outs over ANT+ (Tacx) but now I have massive and long ones of up to 40 seconds. Same PC same ANT+ same location. Someone who has experience why and how to fix it.

Hi, try GPLama's solution explained in a YouTube video. It helped in my case and now my ant+ connection is rock solid.

Hi Sakis

Thanks for the link. It's not possible for me to disable ANT+ as I use it for mit EDGE 1030. I have contacted Garmin support troubleshooting the problem

¿Conectas a la vez el edge 1030 y la app en el pc?. Si la respuesta es si, hay está el problema, Los dos intentan controlar el Neo 2T y se interfieren. Si controlas el Neo 2T con la app, en el edge 1030 tienes que configurarlo como sensor, no como rodillo controlable, y si lo quieres controlar con el edge, en la app tienes que desactivar la opción de rodillo controlable

I had a flux and it worked perfectly I upgraded to a Neo 2T same location and setup and I had loads of Ant problems after many months of frustration I moved everything to another location in the house away from my WiFi router and it works perfectly now. So I believe the router frequency was interfering with the ant signals
