Whilst on Zwift this morning my TacX lost all resistance and the internal fan started on the TacX started running real fast.
There are no lights on the trainer and it will not connect to the Garmin app on my phone.

I have the same problem yesterday.
I contacted Garmin who said it was terminal. It was a couple of months outside the 2 year warranty. They organised the unit to be returned and sent a replacement FOC. I didn't even need to ask or argue.
Surprisingly good service.

Yo tuve el mismo problema. Hablé por teléfono con el servicio de atención al cliente y me dijeron que les enviara el equipo. Lo envié el lunes pasado (21/08/2023) hace dos días. Hoy (23/02/2023), a los dos días, he recibido un equipo nuevo sin costo alguno. Garmin ha pagado tanto el porte de devolución como el de su envío. Ya lo tenía más de dos años, por lo que la garantía estaba vencida. Imposible encontrar mejor servicio. Enhorabuena a Garmin.
