Neo 2T with Zero resistance

Hello, looking for advice please? 
Over the past couple of days my Neo 2T has been losing resistance, now it just spins with nothing. 
Fans seem to be working, firmware up to date.
Tacx app says all systems are go, although it did through up a couple of codes that seem to have vanished once I reconnected to the trainer 3.6 + 4.2, don’t quote me on these, as I didn’t take a screenshot. 
Contacted support, who instructed me to disconnect the power supply for 1 hour to reset the unit. Long story short, still the same.
Email now onto Garmin support with a video of the issue and all the led info, codes. 
The unit is coming up for 2 years 4 months old, since purchase.  Just outside the warranty window!
Wondering where I stand with getting a repair or a replacement unit? 
Any advice would be appreciated

  • Mine was just under 3 years. I had this problem just a month ago and did everything advised but no result. Logon onto Garmin. Make sure you have the serial number of the unit. Enter the chat. 

    I assume your Tacx is also overheating. To check, do the test ride in the Tacx app and then take a screenshot of the error. Either 6.2 or 4.6. Garmin needs this information. With all this information, you are likely to get a replacement or they'll refurbish for free. I received the refurbished today. You also need proof of purchase btw.
