Road feel at 0% is not 0%.

In the Windows Tacx app the roadfeel seems still goging on, albeit at a minor level. In Zwift: real zero %.

Can there be an update for the NEO 2T without that feature ( orr fault)?

It is devastating for the bearings and the cogs, as for my knees. The health risks are not mentioned in the manual, nor the additinal wear and tear of the NEO and your own bike. Garmin may get legal issues.

Try using an older version of the Tacx utility app for road feel tuning purposes:

You can also, at your own risk, return to the previous version of the trainer's firmware. Updating (changing) the firmware should reset the road feel setting.
