Warning 6.6 Capacitive sensor interface fault on the Tacx Training app. Trainer has constant flashing red light. Need help, urgent!

That's one for Garmin support. They are very helpful in Australia - by phone. Email support requests have not worked for me. Good luck

Did you manage to get any solution for this problem?
I have a Neo 2 and got the same error message, but the resistance of the trainer works fine - it is just the cadence that does not work.

Garmin support and replace it (under warranty). If it is out of warranty , that is "a bit" more expensive , because: Garmin will suggest a refurbished unit for ~600eur apprx, or if you live in the UK, there is a guy who is servicing Neos and if you send him the motherboard, he will fix it and send it back (it is also 150-200eur for sure)
