In my case, the Tacx Windows app crashes regularly when using the movies/films. The behavior is that the video moves but is not reacting to my changes in effort and my 'avatar' stays locked at the same spot. The video just continues forever if I stop paddling, even if it is going uphill. I need the Windows Task Manager to kill the app to get out of the situation. Looks like the number of other people using the same video is a factor as it seems to always happen with popular rides.
Another issue I had that the movie/film was clearly showing a descent at high speed while my NEO 2T had already reached the next climb, very confusing. :-D
Not very impressed with the movie feature so far. The Android app seems to be more stable, but the screen is so tiny on a phone :-)
